If something in InSync is not working as expected, it helps if you include:
- your iPhone model;
- your iOS version;
- your InSync app version;
- a short description of what happened; and
- the steps that led to the problem.
Please do not send passwords, unnecessary personal information or private information belonging to another person.
Safety and inappropriate behaviour
InSync includes controls for blocking another participant. Where available in the app, you can also use the Report option for inappropriate behaviour or content.
For a safety concern that cannot be handled through the app, email info@insync.network. Provide only the information reasonably necessary for us to understand and investigate the issue.
Privacy
InSync is designed around local-first, privacy-preserving interaction. Physical context is used as part of the privacy and interaction boundary; InSync is not designed to publish an exact people map.
