These answers describe the current product direction and public claims. They deliberately avoid promises of absolute anonymity, perfect security or physical validation that has not actually been completed.
What is InSync?
InSync is a privacy-first proximity-based social connection product for adults aged 18 and over. It helps people discover relevant anonymous signals nearby and progressively reveal more only through mutual interaction.
Is InSync an attendee directory or public people map?
No. The core experience is designed around nearby physical context and anonymous signals rather than publishing a browsable map of identities and locations.
Does InSync use GPS?
The core nearby flow is built around Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and, where supported, UWB physical context. It is not designed around continuous GPS tracking or a public GPS-based people map.
What is SyncField?
SyncField is the calm nearby-signal view in InSync. It shows anonymous relevant signals without initially exposing names or faces.
What does the percentage mean?
The percentage reflects general Open To + Vibe relevance under the configured participant context.
What do Gold and Silver signals mean?
Gold indicates an additional shared special-keyword reason to connect. Silver indicates an Offer/Need exchange. Gold and Silver do not change the general relevance percentage; they add another explicit reason to pay attention.
When is identity revealed?
Identity and richer details are disclosed progressively through mutual user actions rather than being exposed at first sight.
Does InSync require an account or sign-in?
The current iOS core flow does not require a central user account or sign-in.
Can participants block or report someone?
Yes. Block and Report are available from the relationship flow. Blocking revokes supported interaction authority for that relationship while retaining relationship history in the current product model.
What data do event organizers receive?
In controlled pilots, the goal is aggregate learning about surfaced signals and interaction funnels. InSync is not designed to hand organizers a person-by-person movement history. Any pilot-data contribution is intended to remain explicit.
Is InSync already available for Android?
Android is under active development toward physical pilot validation. Public availability should only be claimed once that release is actually distributed.
How can an organizer run a pilot?
